Earth scroll with 12nrg +15nrg -1nrg regen???? - Guild Wars Forums

hello i was wondering if this item really exist in pve and where to find it. im pretty sure u can have one in pvp, but ive searched numerous sources for collectors inventory and connot find them. and i think most of these type of items are from them. also i have been trying to buy one the last 2 days and havnt had a single offer. If someone could b of some assitance i would greatly appreciate it. again the item shoudl like like this
scroll (req x earth magic)
+x nrg
+15 nrg
-1 nrg regen

They drop sometimes... I have an air one. It's real nice as a switch-to when I need a small energy boost.

yes they do drop.. as far as i know there is no blue collecters or crafter versions. On SOME caster weapons u can also get +15nrg -1 regen as its bonus. I have a gold blood truncheon like this for example.

There is no collector that gives an Earth Scroll that provides +15 energy -1 energy regeneration.

Here are the only collectors offhands that are available that provide +15 energy -1 energy regeneration (and 30 health to boot):

Healing Ankh (req 9 healing) for 5 griffon wings near Dunes of Despair
Protective Icon (req 9 prot prayers) for 5 topaz crests near Augury Rock
Divine Symbol (req 9 divine favor) for 5 dune borrower jaws near Dunes
Idol (req 9 curses) for 5 bleached shells near Destiny Gorge
Grim Cesta (req 9 blood magic) for 5 encrusted lodestones near Dunes
Grim Cesta (req 9 soul reap) for 5 griffon wings near Dunes of Despair
Jeweled Chalice (req 9 illusion) for 5 encrusted lodestones near Dunes
Jeweled Chakram (req 9 inspiration) for 5 griffon wings near Dunes

I'm pretty sure I saw one while I was wandering around outside "Dunes" today.
Kraviec the Cursed maybe?

energy regen. -1

I have to go and explore the other side, so I'll take another look and

thanks for the fast response guys, just bugs the crap out of me that i hvae not been able to find one for sale, i mean im willing to pay way more than i would think it is worth just to have.

Until yesterday I had a Blood Idol with:

Energy +12 (Req. 11 Blood magic)
Health +45
Energy +16
Energy Regen -1
